We are two brothers, Andrew and Luke Hicks, born and raised in Peterborough, who have built a contracting business with a focus on helping investors and homeowners create superior housing and rental opportunities in Peterborough and surrounding areas. Our passion for creating safe, affordable, and comfortable living spaces has driven us to specialize in building secondary suites.

With a background in the plumbing and electrical trades and years of experience in real estate investing, we understand the challenges that come with owning and managing investment properties.
